1. Intention (Niyyah): The Hidden Engine

Don't fast just because everyone else is. Renew your intention nightly: "I fast tomorrow for Allah's sake." Remember, fasting is a special worship only Allah knows the reward for.

2. Fasting of the Senses (Level 2)

Stomach fasting is easy. The real challenge is:

  • Eye Fasting: Lowering your gaze from haram and useless screens.
  • Tongue Fasting: Lying, backbiting, and arguing puncture your fasting "shield".
  • Ear Fasting: Avoiding listening to gossip or music.

3. Energy Management Strategy

Don't burn out. Distribute your energy:

  • One hour after Fajr (Quran).
  • Power nap (20 mins) to prep for Taraweeh.
  • Deep work in early morning.
